What is Cache?
In simple words, Cache is a storage space where your blog’s data are stored temporally to serve data faster to your visitors. If you have enable caching in your WordPress blog using plugins or content delivery network (CDN) such as Cloudflare then your blog will pull the data from cache and show to your visitors faster and efficiently.
Why Should you Clear Caching in your WordPress Blog?
WordPress plugins such as WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache allow you to enable caching in your WordPress blog. Enabling cache in your WordPress blog will increase your blog performance severing cached files immediately to your visitor.
You can set up the expiry time of your blog’s cache files which can be 6 month or 1 year. Once caching time expires, it will automatically clear old cache and cached the fresh data. However, you need to clear caching manually when your WordPress blog do not show the updated posts or pages. Sometimes you may see that your recently blogs posts are not updated which is caused due to caching.
How to Clear Cache in your WordPress Blog?

Clear Cache in Cloudflare
If your blog is in Cloudflare you can easily clear the cache going to the Cloudflare dashboard. Login to your Cloudflare dashboard and click on caching icon at the top bar. Click on Configuration tab where you will see purge cache option. Click on Purge Everything button, it will clear all the cache and pulls the fresh version of your blog’s data.
Clear Cache in WP Super Cache
If you are using WP Super Cache plugin in your WordPress blog then you simple login to your WordPress dashboard then Go to settings then WP Super Cache. You will find Delete Cache button under Easy tab. Simply click on Delete Cache button.
Clear Cache in W3 Total Cache
If you are using W3 total Cache plugin in your WordPress blog then you can go to Perfromance at the left panel then click on Dashboard. At the top of the screen you will see empty cache button. Click on empty all caches button.
This will clear your WordPress blog cached files and start caching fresh data from your blog.
